Leaded by two experienced professional Clinical Psychologists, this Workshop teaches the principles and practice of Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness to manage stress, helping you to live a richer and more fulfilling life.

 

Cognitive Behavioral - Mindfulness Stress Management Workshop

 

This Workshop incorporates the core components of Cognitive Behavioral Stress Management (CBSM) and Mindfulness into a comprehensive introductory program.

 

For the Cognitive-behavioral components, it focuses on practical and easy-to-use cognitive and behavioral techniques, including relaxation exercises, cognitive restructuring, problem-solving, assertiveness, time management, and lifestyle management.

 

Easy-to-use mindfulness tools will also be introduced, including meditative practices, simple yoga and physical movements, and personal awareness exercises.
